La Linea

I used to get very bored at school . Drawing on my notebooks was my best way to leave the classroom and travel to unknown places. My pencil would make real anything that I would imagine. La Linea (The line) is my homage to the power of the imagination and the possibilities of a pencil. I used my left hand to make all the drawings, so it would look like an untrained artist. The book is the story of Leonardo, a boy who loves drawing and not so much the classroom. SO he decides to cross the world and go sailing with his pencil. He finds monsters and pirates on the way. But the scariest of all, the chief pirate, look very much like his teacher!
